The homeworld source code was released into open source. Can we incorporate it into the ubuntu system? It'll be friggin cool!
I'm a noob, I've no idea how to compile it manually. Did anyone have any success?

Im sure a very cool game dev could come out of that. Homeworld was a classic game in my opinion, and it would run in SDL perfectly.

oooh... but it's just the engine that's been opensourced... darn.
Still, we might get a good game out of it.
