Is there a program for Linux that lets you stitch images togather to make QTVRs?

You can use Hugin to stitch but I really don't know yet how to convert the equirct to cubefaces, suposing that you want to do it. There are some Windows dedicated softwares for that or even use the equiract with Flash Panorama Player.
