which do you think is best?

I haven't played the other games, but Nexuiz is awesome! Scalable engine (on older PCs it runs and looks like Quake 3, on new PCs it looks like UT3), many people playing, bots that aren't that easy to stomp, fast paced gameplay reminiscent to UT99.

I have only tried Tremulous (http://tremulous.net/), Open Arena (http://www.openarena.ws/), and Nexuiz. Never tried the rest of the games that it is in the poll. Between those three I think Tremulous (http://tremulous.net/) goes to the first place, following by Open Arena (http://www.openarena.ws/). :)

We should also check out Alien Arena (http://www.alienarena.org/).

i voted for nexuiz. my second fav isn't even on the list tho: open arena & ioquake3

so far nexuiz is starting to become the firm favourite.
I have never played it but now I must download it.
I voted for urban terror - I played this on Xp and thought it was ace.

Nexuiz. Was starting to get into Urban Terror, but when I went back to Nexuiz, UT was just too slow.

I'm a WWII fan, so it's the Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory for me.
It's not on the list though. Tried to play the TrueCombat Elite, but my connection is always refused (ping too high?)...

So for me it's enemy territory and especially the NoQuarter mod though the soon coming estern front mod looks really promising.

Eastern Front mod? Whoa! Where?

Stalingrad!!! Reminds me of the first Call of Duty series. Man that was awesome.

Hope someone make a Pacific Theater mod though.

I vote this one, i have only played the demo for 2 days, and kicks *** against any of FPS available for Linux.

Nexuiz 2.4 is being worked on to be included in the repo for HH, there is no guarantee that it will be, but its being worked on, as i said.

Open Arena and Warsaw are two of the best I've found.

I'm downloading Nexuiz 2.4 right now, will edit back after I've played it

2.4 is a great improvement from the older versions, anyone reading this should download it www.nexuiz.com

Doh! I just spotted my typo. Thank you for highlighting it. I suppose I could have given its full name of Cube 2: Sauerbraten. ;)
