Hi,
I've been having a go at setting up a server following this guide http://howtoforge.com/perfect_server_ubuntu7.10
It's all gone reasonably well except that when i create an account through ispconfig and try and ftp to it I seem to be getting taken somewhere other than the web root for that user. If i ssh in to /var/www/username i can create an index file there and view my page perfectly online. It just seem that the ftp is pointing in the wrong place.
Is there anyway i can check where it is pointing then change that also can i change it so it doesn't do that in the future?
Many thanks
