I had a Cedega subscription that I kept going for awhile, but I got rid of it because when I tried it, I only tried to install WoW and I didn't get any sound with it. I don't have the subscription anymore but I reinstalled it and tried it again and didn't get sound with any game that I installed and ran. Everything else about the game seemed to run perfectly, except the sound.
I have tried it with KOTOR2, Far Cry 1, and WoW so far and every game runs without sound. All the per game settings are running using ALSA, and the machine failed the Cedega OSS System Test and passed the ALSA test.
When I tried it the first time it was running 64-bit Ubuntu and the second time is 64-bit Kubuntu, both times on the same machine.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
