Postfix Help

Hey guys!

I just recently set up an awesome LAMP server which is working like a charm. I intend to host some forums, and so far, everything is working fine, except the mail function - which means people can't recieve emails from the board.

I was suggested by a friendly member of these awesome forums to make use of a software called ' PostFix ', but I am a complete beginner, and I have no idea what to do.

All I am concerned about is the information I have to enter in the forum installation page:

If some kind soul out there could point me in the right direction of installing and configuring Postfix for my needs, I will be very grateful!
