When you exit and the dialog asks if you would like more information on ubuntu and you hit cancel it still opens up the about ubuntu dialog.

Yes but it's the default behavior.
If you hit "yes" Easy Ubuntu open http://wiki.ubuntu.com (or the doc created by your LoCoTeam) in Firefox.
