I have legally purchased Fable: The Lost Chapters. I've had it for a while now but I switched over to Ubuntu without dual booting because I'm tired of Windows. I used CabExtract and now have all the scripts and resources from the game. Could anybody tell me how I could edit the scripts around and compile it into a complete Linux application :confused:

None of that is needed. Just install wine and look here:

I know about wine, but I'm just trying to convert it instead of emulation, and I could never get Fable to run with wine, And this would be cooler

You can't. It's a proprietary closed source game. Without the game engine, which is what the executable is, it's impossible.
Microsoft isn't going to be opening the source any time soon either, so It's wine or nothing.
