Mythical Proportions

Hi,
I have been working towards getting my Gigabyte GA-MA69GM working with component out. It has been a real struggle, but I think I am close.
I have followed many suggestions over the past few days and a new post by Karim Vaes at:

gave me some new hope, but didn't work out for me. After running Karim's steps I was able to get AMDCCCLE to work, but the "enable display" button is grayed out.
The last thing I found out is that by connecting the component cable directly to the TV (I had it connected through the AMP) the signal works during boot up, but then is blank once the frontend or Xce is running. I query the monitor and it comes up with only one, and I query the cvdongle and it fails. I tried to enable the tv through command line, but it didn't work.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan S.
