can anyone please tell me how to make my username in the forums something other than my email address? I joined this thing like 2 years ago and i havent used it much. I just realized that every time i post something it gives my email.

Click on the report button on your post and politely ask a mod/admin to change it for you. Explain why. They usually won't do it unless you have a good reason. Your reason seems good enough to me. :)
