init.d ???????????????????

I have problem !!!

I have updated my init.d with my script to configure my wireless card every time ubuntu boots !!!

Now i want to make some changes to the script but I can't save the changes !!!
Even as a ROOT !!!

How can I edit my script and then save the changes ??????????
