Cedega can't install update to bf2142

hi people. I finally got Battlefield 2142 running in Cedega, and it works great. But i can't play online until i update it to the current version, so i downloaded the patch, tried to install it with cedega and nothing happens:(

i've tried all sorts of combinations, made sure i selected winxp etc, big exe, done everything else your suppose to do... choose game folder etc.

i get hard drive activity for a few seconds when i try to add the patch, but then .... nothing.

How do i make cedega install the latest Battlefield 2142 patch? i had no problem updating command and conquer using the same method.

any suggestions??

Since Cedega is essentially built on Wine you may wish to check winehq.com AppDB for the application.
