Please do not double post issues in the forums. Please go back to your original post (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=701111) and answer the questions people have asked. Then come back here and tell us what s\w and m\c stand for if you are running the amd64 version of Ubuntu.

You are running the i386 version of Ubuntu. This section of the Forum is for people running the amd64 version of ubuntu, not those that happen to have a amd 64 processor. You might want to post your question here. (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=73)

I'm going out on a limb here....
s/w = Software?
m/c = Motherboard / CPU?
