steam is only downloading to 26% and crashes....

hey,

i have a bit of a problem with Steam, as u should guess easely, it only updates to 26% then crashes.
Yesterday was fine, but now it wont work. :confused: :mad: :(
i downloaded it again, then it updated then it crashes at 26%...
and nothing happens.....
how can i fix ? :cry: :confused:

btw. i'm not an expert on computer :) i just play alot on it :P
