I loved to see the faces on my friends when I Crtl+Alt+F1 'd their computers with unsaved programs and stuff.

"open a terminal" is usually a bad thing to say to a newbie, thats why I wish people would stop doing it when giving instructions unless its needed.
I only say open a terminal when I see its needed.

The worst would be to give them an rm command after they have seen everyone's sigs. They would just click the report button.
