If you were to mirror distros (on distro's need basis[1]), which ones would you mirror to the world?
[1] For instance, ubuntu has many mirrors and gets bogged down only on releases. So it probably doesn't need yet another mirror. Some smaller distros do need mirrors though. I just would like to know which ones...

The thing is that there are soooo many different distributions that everyone is going to have a different answer to your question. The best thing to do is to support the distributions that you like and believe in using, no matter how big or small. After all, Linux is Linux is Linux. You help one, you help them all.
