I have just completed the (very very rough) rough draft of the LoCo Activism page :)

Much of the content has been directly copied and mildly editied from the Sierra Club and the ACLU which are okay with this. Either way, it should be editied to a point where this isn't an issue.
It needs a lot of work and should also be linked to from other pages and sent out to well established teams to get started on :)
