Asus eee pc background

Hi I don’t have the Asus eee cp yet sins I live in Sweden and it wont come here untill sometime in april or later… But Still I have made a “eeebuntu” background for those that all ready have it :) so please enjoy I hope you guys like it I made it whit them same style that Ubuntus background is but whit the colors that the Asus eee pc comes in…

Thank you :) I have now also made one really big one (1680x1050) so you wont really use it for the eee pc. I have made it that big so that if someone wants to have the background in some other resolution it will look nice there to... Anyhow so now I have made it in these 3 resolutions: 800x480, 800x600 and 1680x1050.

it's nice, but the text clashes horribly with it. =/ That yellow just doesn't go well with the rest of it.

That is a good observation. I actually know this but I wanted to have some feel of the ubuntu theme color in the background., I actually had another color then that one before. I had a greenish one but change it to yellow golden. If some on wants another color just ask…

Why dont you try using the green that is used in the logo. add some shadows as well....Nice job as well. :guitar:
