I am setting up a Beowulf Cluster to NAMD which is a molucerl dynamic simulation application. The hardware that I am running on has been setup as a cluster before but it was running Gentoo before and I am setting it up for a network admin who dosnt know anything about linux and Ubuntu is easyer to use for him. So my question is how seamlessly will the Debian based cluster softwoare will be to install and run after install for a person who knows nothing about linux. Thank You
