View Full Version : Linux stops when booting

When trying to create new machines in VMware .Linux CD's stop during boot this also happens in safe mode. Installed XPPro no problem . Tried Linux Mint ,PCLOS Mandriva so far and they all stop during the probing sequence.
Where am I going wrong?

Managed to load PCLOS and Mandriva so maybe its OK after all

Out of curiousity, which VMWare are you using? Server, workstation or player?
