I was wondering, are there any good tutorials for how to correctly create a theme for GTK+?

i want to ask is there some forum where people discuss about gtk2 themes design... i relly like the originals themes like "new wave" the cleanlooks engine is cool but i want to change some things and colors without to break the theme...
