uninstall avant? where is the makefile

hi i installed awn but decided i prefer the much smaller bar at the bottom
i compiled it from source but i dont know where the make file is to uninstall it, where would it install,
i can see the config file(i think) in /usr/bin but there is no make file

even if i could get the name of the make file that would help
