Nvidia Drivers

Ugh.
I just installed windows vista home premium 32-bit. I should've done 64 but that's a different matter entirely.
Right now, my nvidia graphics just aren't being detected properly.
I think it must be a driver problem, even though i've installed the provided drivers from asimobile.com multiple times.

Help? Please?

First of all what ubuntu have to do at all with vista? FL90 laptop support (drivers) is on www.compal.com hope that helps.
