Lets say I
1. create $HOME/encrypt and $HOME/virtualbox folders.
2. encfs $HOME/encrypt $HOME/virtualbox.
3. create a guest XP image in $HOME/virtualbox.
(I use encfs bcuz i think its is easier to set up. I know its subjective, but thats another story. :))
I am concern is there any performance issue when virtualbox runs the guest OS? Virtualization on top of virtual encryption sounds like alot of work for the swap and RAM... Although I do have 1 GB RAM and 2GB swap.
The Guest OS is used mainly for
1. office
2. outlook
3. oracle client
4. firefox+JRE
Any guys have experience with this Virtualization + encryption setup? Please advice.
Thanks!
