Stop development on Gutsy and start Hardy

Hi,

i think it makes more sense to stop the Development for Ubuntu CE Gutsy and start for Hardy after Gutsy CE ist still not available (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=580907).

Maybe then we get a fresh and up-to-date Release in April. :)

Yes, I plan to make an announcement on the plans for the next release soon. We will be focusing on Hardy. I regret that Gutsy will have not been done, but I will explain more in the announcement.
