View Full Version : Debian x64 and no graphics on Dell 1520

I tried to run it, install went perfect but was greeted with just a console to login. Anyone know how to get this to work on a Dell 1520 with Nvidia 8400gs or can point me to a tutorial? Once I get a GUI up I know I can get everything else working, as its close enough or exactly the same as Ubuntu. As stated this is the x64 version.

What does the /var/log/Xorg.0.log say?

vi /var/log/Xorg.0.log
