how can I get files from Ubuntu when I'm in windows ?
what kind of program do I need ?

Are you using ext3?

If so, the bottom part of the page contains some windows programs and drivers you can use : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ext3

You can download drivers for the ext3 file system. You configure your ext3 partitions and give them drive letters (yay!) and then you can work with the files.
