Video effecting tool

Hi. I need some basic video effecting software, thats allow me effect my videos by some (brightness, contrast, levels, glower, arithmetic, noise) filters, like i do this in After Effects. Nothing more. I trying cinelerra, but it's cant save my effects presets and effects are very basic. Also, i trying gephex, and find it useful, but without b/c and levels options. Can any1 help me? It's very possilble bcs i need it to make footages for my VJ live shows. Thx.

i recommend "kdenlive" in synaptic... it is great

might look a bit complex but it is almost similar to movie maker 2 in windoze

I test. Think, it's very simple and sometimes slow, cinerella more useful.
