View Full Version : Getting error when trying to run WC3 TFT in Wine.

Hey.. When im typing the cmd to run wc3tft with wine an error shows up. Its this one:
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x110048 "?" wait timed out in thread 0009, blocked by 0000, retrying (60 sec)

How can i solve it? I have just reinstalled the nvidia driver..

have u tried reinstalling the game? that might work :)


that looks like a .dll problem to me, but im new at this sorta thing :guitar:

Well.. I've actually copied the game so it's not an install. But the copy of the game works fine (with no-cd crack) on all xp machines.

No-CD crack doesn't work in wine that's why

New patch has no-cd built in though, but you need the CD to play for now

Ah. That explains a lot. Well. I use the wc3tft with no-cd crack for lan with my friends..
