Looks good. How did you get your terminal like that, i.e. changing the standard font color and making it see through. Thanks.

Go up to acceseries >terminal >edit> current profile>effect set to transparent anf then pick the color of the text ,It works good.

nice desktop^^ i use a transparent black terminal with yellow text, and hide the menu bar. Looks really nice:P especially with the dark theme i use. Nice background & icons you have there, what're they called? haven't seen them around before:P

I just went to gnome-look and downloaded some themes and found differant icon themes ther and just customized it the wallpaper alas I can remember where I got it .

i just posted (http://43hacks.com) some more desktop images I will be installing zenwalk linux on a laptop shortly .I really liked the 4.8 release except its wifi problems However I understand that this has been fixed .

has anyone started to get freezes in compiz today after the most recent update?

Problem fixed I reinstalled nvidia driver and compiz no longer freezing
