Hey all, I'm having some problems installing Metacity themes and could use some help.

I'm trying to use the Mac4Lin themes on my system, and the instructions are pretty straight forward. Download file, add gtk theme to the Appearance Preferences in Ubuntu and go.

Well I install the theme, the Appearence Prefs say it's installed -correctly-!! However the theme itself isn't appearing in the Preferences list so I'm unable to use it.

I've tried a bunch of times to no avail, anyone seen this issue before?

If it's only a gtk-theme you won't find it in the theme-list. Instead, under appearances, click the "Customize" button, and then you should find it under Controls.

Thanks for the response, I'll try it out as soon as I get home and post an update
