I'm thinking about getting a Kindle. The problem is I'm offended by the fact that Amazon extorts money by charging people to subscribe to otherwise free feeds. Why should people pay a dollar a month to subscribe to something that is not only free, but doesn't take up much bandwidth at all?
That's why I'm interested in using my Kindle, when I buy it, as a test bed for integrating the various RSS feed Linux programs to work with it.
I'm not super-experienced with RSS feeds, so if I'm posting about something that already exists, I apologize.
