Hi

I am looking to mess with the keymap of a separate usb keypad, i have two problems:

1) Where can i find the keymaps in ubuntu? In debian they are in /usr/share/keymaps but when i look there in ubuntu they arnt there.

2) Which files should i be meddling with? In debian there is a .gz file called 'keypad' which i assume is the one but again, its not where i thought it would bt in ubuntu and it may have had a name change!

Thanks

found some keymaps under /usr/share/rdesktop/keymaps/ (Hardy Heron )
In order to avoid problems with key-board issues I purchased an US. Qwerty keyboard , but alas there seem to exist quite a lot of 'US' lay-outs ?
Standardization please .
