If I have an Intel Gm 945 graphics chipset, will I beable to run games in Cedega? (I'm talking about ones that I cant run in wine, EX: word of Warcraft) thanks

What issue(s) are you having trying to run WOW in WINE?

If it's performance issues, it won't be any better with Cedega.

Cedega is not a panacea, especially for underpowered graphics hardware. Generally, the things that work better with Cedega vs Wine are things with proprietary copy-protection schemes.

Sorry I didn't get back to you guys, but the reason I'm asking is because I thought my particular chip didn't work well with openGL I should try it one more time though, before I re install winblows on one of my comps

In the how to you linked there are two 'patches' for wine he says to download, but the hyperlink dosent work

That howto is nearly two years old.
If the game won't run with WINE it will not run any better with Cedega.

Intel chipsets have a knack for not having good opengl support btw.

Damn, really? I thought the newer ones are getting (almost?)proper openGL support, but Nvidia is a lot better or somthing like that.

Also on the how to for the that sammi made it says to put in a code that says you have the proper drivers for it and mine comes back yes, so I'm gonna try my hand at getting it to work. I'm not sure if I've tried it in 7.1 yet if that has to do in anything.
