Unfortunately, we use Windoze here at work and I am getting an error when trying to install the Novell Client 4.91 SP4

"language directory is missing or does not contain the required install files"

This is a fresh install of Windoze, with only drivers for wireless and Ethernet. Windoze Updates and Firefox installed post install. Everything else appears to be functioning properly. There is no firewall on the computer. What could be going on?

Thanks!

My best guess is that the installation files for the Novell Client are missing those files. Are you installing over the network? From a CD?

Maybe you should contact Novell and have them send you a new copy of the software.

I downloaded the install file from the Novell site. I am installing from a .exe.

Try downloading the file again and verify that it doesn't have any prerequisites from the website.

Ok, I'm pretty much an idiot. I was clicking on the wrong set-up file. There are four .exe in that folder and one says setupsp, which is just the support pack...oops. setupnw.exe was what I needed.
