Problems with Wine after installing nvidia card (had ATi card before)

Hello folks,
after some help from Envy I finally installed my new 8800 GTS (512 MB) and got it running.

Now the problem is that I can't get wine installed games to work with it. It just displays blue window and either crashes or just stays there forever... Wine was installed while I had the ATi card so perhaps that is the problem but I kind hoped it would work. I have the latest version of wine xxxx.52 one...

Will reinstalling wine mess with my installed games?

No. Try reinstalling Wine.

Are you sure that your graphics drivers are definitely installed properly? Can you play other, native linux, 3d games?

I just played Neverwinter Nights game without a problem... Was fooling with AA and AF and there were no problems doing that
