switchin viewport with hotkey+mouse wheel

i can't seem to figure out how to set up Wall or Viewport Switcher so I can hold a hot key and mouse wheel between viewports. anyone get this to work?

In Wall using the mouse wheel in either direction moves the highlight to a different viewport. But with or without the wheel, double-clicking on a viewport brings it to the screen. Is this any good to you?

In Viewport Switcher, moving the mouse wheel in either direction while the cursor is on the desktop background will switch the viewport.

Basicallly I'm trying to do a less elaborate Expo and have it show the small Viewport Switcher preview when I press a shortcut and let me mouse wheel through the previews
