Slow WoW Install?

After a long time trying to figure it all out, I got WoW to start to download. But my problem is that it is running VERY slow. I opened the necessary ports using Firestarter, but I'm still clueless about how to get my download speed higher. It has been going for about 15+ min and is only at 7.25 MB. Any help would work.
