Hello. On my windows XP machine, I am now finally going through issues I commonly get, and fixing them via researching on google. One final immediate issue I get is that on startup, I get a message saying that Microsoft has to close UtilMan.exe. It is annoying to hit okay each time I turn on this desktop. Would someone people tell me how to just disable Utilman.exe from opening at startup at all, so I dont get the popup message? Though the included thumbnail may look like vista, it is really winXP SP2.
