Has anyone gotten this to work to output to the TV and not lag?

When I first started my project I too had a Radeon 9800 Pro video card that I was trying to use. I never did get it to work right. I ended up getting a an Nvidia 6200 for under $50 that works like a charm.

My Radeon 9800 card is still sitting in a box waiting to get thrown away or sold on Craig's List. I haven't decided what to do with it yet.
