Help program install problems

I am trying to istall a program that is over 500mb on windows vista. I keep getting an error that says I do not have enough space or have write priviledges to write to the folder. I have admin privilidges and have no prblem writing to folders with smaller programs.

2) How is your hard drive partitioned?

3) What partition are you trying to download it to?

2 PARTITIONS ONE 4GB ONE 120 GB. I am only "unpacking" an installation program but it will not copy to any folder. Ihave done this with 2 other programs no problem but they were under 500mb.
