Mythbuntu setting for videos

I accidentally deleted the settings and now cannot watch any videos.

Can someone checks their settings in the screen below and tell me what the default settings are in the 'MythVideo File Association' screen in Mythbuntu.

Trying to avoid a reinstall if possible.
