Is there one we can start looking at and provide feedback/corrections on? Would be nice to have a shot at it so it is mostly ready when Breezy goes to release.

Well, we could always start one right here, in this thread. Or maybe ask the administrators to create a "Breezy Badger Preview HOWTO" section (*hint*) that we could start to populate. But yeah, that's a great idea. I've noticed that some people are already starting to throw out HOWTOs, and there are several I'd like to see myself.

i will start working on ubuntuguide breezy very soon. Most likely next week and hopefully by the time it is official released, the guide would be ready.

Hi

I have a small suggestion for the next ubuntuguide. Many people here at the forums ask for a deb for installing libdvdcss2 & don't know that there's a script in /usr/share/doc/libdvdread3/examples for installing it. It's documented in the wiki (restrictedformats) but I believe newcomers use the unofficial guide in first place rather than the wiki's documentation. Installing libdvdcss2 this ways works always & installing from a deb (at least in my experience) didn't work in my amd64 machine.

My main concern is that right know since the only guide that exists is the hoary one & many people have started to use breezy as their main os they try to install libdvdcss2 support from a deb. Since the backports & backports-extras proyect aren't ready yet they fail to install it & go to the forums asking for help. They ask things as were can they get a deb for breezy, etc.

If the guide provided this method of installing such library people would find it more easy to install such library in a development brach since the install script is included in every ubuntu release.

my 2 cents.
