wrong guide data

II have one channel, national geographic, that the guide data is not correct, its for the scifi channel which is a couple channels away, is the any way I can check the xltv number or do you guys have any other suggestions to get this right. I'm ran the data base update a few times with no change.

Is this the only channel that is incorrect. I had a situation where my cable co. had more than one type of lineup depending on the subscription package.

What lineup? CATV? Company, location?

This problem ha been ixed, I think it was a issue on the schedule direct side. I saw it fix itself at 12:30am last night. So all is good.
