Hey,

Does anyone know of any local opportunities for working on open-source software? If I'm not mistaken even Novell Philippines focuses on Netware instead of SuSE.

I need a company for my OJT and AFAIK companies are looking for Java or .NET programmers which is so not my thing. I'd rather continue my work on KDE or at least work on something more worthwhile.

Google doesn't have a local office and the nearest office with internship positions is in Shanghai :( Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

I'm currently working on KRunner for KDE4 and hoping that aseigo resurfaces from his vacation already so he'll go over the API changes and progress can proceed on my part. Everyone else is busy with the tiny bits of functionality within plasma. It'd be great if I could continue working on KDE4...

maraming salamat po.
