I just installed mythbuntu and I am using a Radeon HD 2400XT for my video / sound card using a DVI cable.
I think that the hardware work just fine, I used to use SageTv but thought I would give Myth a try.
My problem is that I have no sounds at all, video is just fine but I cant hear a thing.
