VirtualBox Guest Addons

I've installed Windows XP successfully on my VM. I'm just wondering how to install the Guest Additions. I've looked all around for the *.iso and can't find it. I know how to mount the *.iso but I'm having a hard time finding the file.

I used the menu entry Devices/install Guest Additions of the window containing the virtual machine (the wording may vary as I am not using the English language version). VirtualBox then stated that it could not find the iso image and offered to download it. Which it did.
