Trouble Charging (Gazv4)

Hi all,

In the past few days I have had trouble charging my Gazv4 laptop. I have to plug the charger into the laptop, rotate it around just right and keep constant pressure on it in order for it to charge. This leads me to believe that it is a hardware problem, but I could be wrong. I have tried different wall sockets and stuff, but it does not seem to matter. Any suggestions?

Okay, I put a meter to it today and there is no power coming out of the brick. There is power going into the brick, but no power coming out. Looks like I need a replacement, is that covered under warranty?
