NVIDIA in VirtualBox?

Does anyone know how to get an nvidia graphics card working on windows xp running in virtualbox?
Also, does anyone know how to have it detect USB's?
Sorry for all the questions. I just installed it.

u cant install a graphics card on a vm were... and for the usb use the search there are many threads on that...
