I'm not sure where to ask about this...

I have had an order placed for quite a while and when I tried to login to check on it I recieved the message: "You have no shipped orders on record at this time. Please check back again soon."

Does this mean that my order was deleted/lost or that it is on its way?

I think it means that they haven't shipped your order yet.

They place orders on queue until they have been met in which could take 24-48 hours for this to happen.

It used to log me into my order screen though, so the order was on file.

EDIT: Ignore this ^, I must have been posting right as someone else did.
